Job Role
This role is responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining travel products, pricing, and availability in our reservation or content management systems. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent data entry skills, and a strong understanding of travel-related products.
Job Description
- Load and update travel products (hotels, transfers, tours, packages) into booking systems or content platforms.
- Verify and input accurate rates, availability, terms and conditions, and other product details.
- Ensure timely loading of supplier contracts and seasonal rates.
- Communicate with suppliers, contracting teams, or product managers for clarifications or corrections.
- Monitor system errors or discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Assist in testing system updates or new feature implementations.
- Maintain documentation and logs related to product loading and updates.
- Support the wider operations and sales teams with content or pricing queries.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in the B2B online travel industry.
- Prior experience working with global suppliers, bedbanks, or DMCs is an advantage.
- Experience with Juniper or similar travel systems is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of hotel rate structures, room types, and promotional mechanisms.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
