Job Title: Business Intelligence Lead (Power BI)

Role Overview
The BI & Decision Intelligence Lead is responsible for building and maintaining the organization’s centralized Power BI infrastructure, consolidating multi-system data into structured governance, operational, and feasibility dashboards.
This role is a highly analytical individual contributor responsible for data cleansing, multi-system data modeling, and dashboard automation. The role supports executive governance and planning processes but does not own business decisions or financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Modeling & Cleansing
- Cleanse, validate, and structure data from multiple systems.
- Integrate data from Odoo, Juniper, CRM, Azure systems, and other sources.
- Migrate historical data from legacy Excel and other system environments.
- Build scalable data models within Power BI.
- Apply advanced data modeling and automation techniques within Power BI.
2. Dashboard Development
- Develop and maintain governance dashboards.
- Build operational KPI dashboards across LOBs.
- Create commercial performance dashboards.
- Develop operational gross margin feasibility dashboards.
- Build forecasting and budgeting support dashboards (data layer only).
- Create risk and exposure dashboards (data infrastructure only).
- Implement automated anomaly detection dashboards.
3. Reporting Automation
- Replace manual Excel-based reporting processes.
- Automate recurring performance reports.
- Ensure consistent KPI reporting and data accuracy.
- Maintain a centralized source of truth.
4. Executive Support
- Present dashboards when requested.
- Support PMO-led governance discussions.
- Provide structured data for decision-making forums.
- Participate in meetings as a technical presenter when required.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years in BI / Data Analytics roles.
- Advanced Power BI expertise.
- Strong SQL and data integration experience.
- Proven experience in multi-system data modeling.
- Strong expertise in data cleansing and historical data structuring.
- Experience in building automated dashboard infrastructures.
- Experience working with ERP systems and operational platforms.
