Job Role

This role is responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining travel products, pricing, and availability in our reservation or content management systems. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent data entry skills, and a strong understanding of travel-related products.

Job Description

• Load and update travel products (hotels, transfers, tours, packages) into booking systems or content platforms.
• Verify and input accurate rates, availability, terms and conditions, and other product details.
• Ensure timely loading of supplier contracts and seasonal rates.
• Communicate with suppliers, contracting teams, or product managers for clarifications or corrections.
• Monitor system errors or discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in testing system updates or new feature implementations.
• Maintain documentation and logs related to product loading and updates.
• Support the wider operations and sales teams with content or pricing queries.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in the B2B online travel industry.
• Prior experience working with global suppliers, bedbanks, or DMCs is an advantage.
• Experience with Juniper or similar travel systems is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of hotel rate structures, room types, and promotional mechanisms.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
